设备特性：
机头：密针阀喷料，针阀采用锥度式硬密封，*磨损，*阻塞，混合头*搅拌，计量精确（采用K系列精密计量泵）单按钮操作，方便简捷，随时切换不同密度不同颜色。
设备性能：
聚氨酯发泡成型机，将彩钢瓦放置在层压机的下层上，经低压灌注机喷涂出2种PU原液在金属瓦上，智能型电脑控制，经烤箱处理，使聚氨酯2组份原液在层压机之间完成三层于一体成型的聚氨酯彩钢板。
设备优点：
1、智能型电脑自动控制，高温发泡， 使原1料三层一次性一体成型，*使三种材料融为一体、其坚固性、闭合 性及平整 度，远远超出一般复合板。
