Cells
This may be generated at thick parts of molded product. For clear products, those cells become unmodifiable defect of appearance. One of causes of such cell generation, if those are found at peripheral area not but near middle of thickness, is poor predrying or too high temperature of the cylinder. Cells at middle of thickness are caused from concentration of surface sink to middle of thickness. Some preventive measures listed above are applicable, but the following measures are more effective.
(1) When mold cooling down is done with water after mold releasing, use more warm water or shorten cooling duration.
(2) Set the mold temperature higher.

这可能是在厚的部分生成模制产品。明确的产品,这些细胞成为无法改变的缺陷的外观。这样的细胞生成的原因之一,如果这些发现附近的周边区域不但是厚度,也是贫穷的预干燥或高温缸。细胞中间厚度引起的表面浓度水槽中间的厚度。上面列出的一些预防措施是适用的,但是下面的措施更有效。
(1)当模具冷却用水做脱模后,用温水或缩短冷却时间。
(2)设置模具温度更高。
