该机组由二到四条螺杆组成，可实现2～7层制品需求结构。螺杆由我司自行设计，该螺杆具有挤出稳定、低剪切热、塑化好、熔体温度均匀等特点；同时具备自然排气或强制排气功能，易于将熔融塑化后产生的水蒸气和霉味自然排出，不影响因材料吸潮产生的霉味而影响制品气味。
该机组与传统片材机不同：1、可生产多种材料如PP、PS、PLA、PBS、PBAT、碳酸钙、玉米淀粉、PP半降解等颗粒及其粉碎料生产，实现一机多用。2、配有熔体计量泵，稳定挤出量，保证制品克重稳定均匀。3、具备自然排气或强制排气功能，材料无须干燥，易于将熔融塑化后产生的水蒸气和霉味自然排出，不影响因材料吸潮产生的霉味而影响制品气味4、设备配有在线测厚装置，实现全程质量监控及品质查询；如果配上自动模头，可实现自动调整厚薄均匀度。5、配置定型装置，保证制品平整不弯曲，有利于印刷覆膜等工艺要求。6、配置自动收卷装置，实现自动换卷，减轻工人劳动强度及不必要的材料浪费。

The equipment is equipped with an online thickness measurement device to realize the whole process quality monitoring and quality inquiry; If equipped with automatic die, the thickness uniformity can be adjusted automatically. 5. Equipped with shaping device to ensure that the products are flat and not bent, which is conducive to ensuring the process requirements such as printing and lamination. 6. Configure automatic winding device to realize automatic roll change, reduce labor intensity of workers and unnecessary material waste.
