PS1350主要适用于破碎25mm以下的发泡塑料板材和各种木塑墙板。卧式切屑粉碎机主要由蜗轮蜗杆减速电机、机壳、组合螺旋齿刀盘、主动轴等零件组成。减速电机采用直连蜗轮蜗杆减速电机，直接安装在粉碎机主动轴上，通过齿轮变速传至从动轴，使主从动轴与从动轴上螺旋齿刀盘形成相对运动。主从动轴上的螺旋齿刀盘交错排列，使物料进入后，同时受到挤、撕、剪的作用，使物料得到破碎。
General Information：PS1350 is mainly suitable for breaking foamed plastic panels under 25mm and various wood-plastic wallboards. The horizontal Dual drive shredder is mainly composed of reducer motor, casing, combined spiral tooth cutter, dual driving shaft and other parts. The reduction motor is directly installed on the drive shaft of the shredder, and is transmitted to the driven shaft through gear transmission, so that the main driven shaft and the helical gear cutter on the driven shaft form relative movement. 3.1前 言 Previous Remarks
手册本章节讲述的是关于设备安全使用的要求。
本手册对有关设备安装，操作和维护的要求以及不包括在安全章节中的其它信息强调多次。

多数事故的发生都是因为没有遵守简单的安全规程。在机器设有危险标志，请勿违反警示操作。
在设备通电或运转的情况下，不要维修，润滑或清洁设备。

3.2安全操作规程 Regulations for safe operation
在你详细了解使用说明书之前不要操作设备。
- 设备在完好的状态下在能够使用，（使用前）要确认电缆是否损坏，控制器，指示灯以及控制部件是否处于完好状态。
- 在启动设备前，要确认是否所有的部件都安装好，安全可靠，有没有其它的物体放在设备上，并确认没有人在设备上工作。
- 没有防护板时不能运行设备。
- 不要移动盖板和限位开关等安全装置
- 任何时候都不要踩踏设备。
- 在设备的运行过程中，听一听是否有异常的噪音，如果有，停机，并找出原因解决问题。
- 时常保持工作区域清洁。
- 暴风雪天气不建议继续工作。

3.3维修安全规程 Maintenance safety regulations
任何的维修工作必须有资格的人员根据设备制造商所提供的说明书进行。在熟悉维修说明书之前不要进行任何的维修工作。
- 在开始任何维修工作之前，都要拔掉电源插头。
- 即使在设备停止而电源插头没有拔出之前，不要清扫设备或外围设备。
- 在更换电器部件时，首先要将电源插头拔出。只能使用和以前型号一样的部件替换报废部件。
- 不要将防护板限位开关等安全装置移开，如果在维修过程不可避免要将安全设置暂停或移开，那么设备仅能由特殊的人使用，且此人必须要保证避免造成人身伤害和设备损坏。
- 在安全装置维修复位之前，不要使用设备。
- 时刻保持维修区域清洁。
- 更换部件和其它东西时，要提前与原来的型号进行对比，并要符合标准。
- 只能使用的润滑油和油脂或相同的。
在维修过程中，不要将工具或其它物体放在设备上。
