概述 Description
本机是将料液压入位于塔体顶部的喷嘴雾化成微小雾滴，同塔顶热风平行而下完成干燥。该机具有收尘率高，无粘壁、节能高效等特点，特别适用于热敏性物料干燥。广泛应用于食品染料、中间体等行业。
The material is sprayed into exiguity fog by nozzle on the top of tower. Follow the heat wind, the material is dried. The machine's characteristic is high collect drit, no past, economizing energy, high effect, and wide used in food, dyestuff, chemical industry and so on.

应用 Application
本机主要适用于医药、食品、化工等行业进行粉末或颗粒物料的干燥。
◎ 食品工业：全脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、代乳粉、蛋青(黄)等。燕麦、鸡汁、咖啡、速溶茶、调味香料肉、蛋白质 、大豆、花生、蛋白质、蛋白质水解物等。玉米浆、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、果胶、麦芽糖、山梨酸钾、南瓜粉等。
◎ 医药品：中药浸膏、药胶、酵母、维生素、抗生素、、脂肪酶等。
◎ 塑料树脂：AB、ABS乳液、尿醛树脂、酚醛树脂、密胶(脲)甲醛树脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。
◎ 洗涤剂：高级洗衣粉、普通洗衣粉、肥皂粉、苏打粉、乳化剂、增白剂、磷酸剂等。
◎ 化学工业：氟化钠(钾)、碱性染料颜料、染料中间体、Mn3O4、 甲荃硅酸、催化剂、硫酸剂、氨基酸、白炭黑等。

◎ Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride(potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon and so on.
◎ Ceramic: aluminium oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talcum and so on.
