According to your requirement, we designed a crushing plant for you. About the design, I would like to explain as follows:
A,一级破碎 Primary crushing
首先原始物料从独立的料仓将由振动给料机,送到颚式破碎机PE500X750。
First, the material will be fed to the Jaw crusher PE500*750。
B.二级破碎 Secondary crushing
从颚破出来的破碎后的物料将送到一台圆锥破进行二级破碎。
The crushed material from jaw crusher will be sent to Cone Crusher CS75, for secondary crushing.
C. 筛分，返料 Sieving and Return
从圆锥破出来的物料将被振动筛3YA1848进行筛分， 物料筛分成两种：尺寸>40mm的石子和 0-10mm，10-20mm，20-30mm，30-40mm的石子。 其中尺寸>40mm的物料将被返回CS75中进行再次破碎，如此形成闭路循环。 zui底层的筛子有两块筛网组成，同时筛分出0-10和10-20两种物料。
The product from the CS75 will be sieved by the screen 3YA1848, stones was separate into tow kinds: size >40mm and 0-10mm，10-20mm，20-30mm，30-40mm .Stone with size larger than 40mm will be sent back to theCS75 for crushing again。The lowest part of screen made of two parts , will be separate into two kinds 0-10 and 10-20.
