PC塑胶原料通称聚碳酸酯,聚碳酸酯英文名称为Polycarbonate,简称PC,它是一类分子链中含有碳酸酯结构的高分子化合物及以它为基础而制得的各种材料的总称。按分子结构中所带酯基不同可以分为脂肪族、脂环族、芳香族和脂肪-芳香族等几大类。并以双酚A型聚碳酸脂为zui重要,分子量通常为3-10万。在无特别说明情况下,通常所说的聚碳酸脂都指双酚A型聚碳酸酯及其改性品种。由于其优良的机械性能,俗称防弹胶。为非结晶性热塑性塑料1、具高强度及弹性系数、高冲击强度、使用温度范围广。2、高度透明性及自由染色性。3、H.D.T.高。4、电气特性优。5、无味无臭对人体无害符合卫生安全。6、成形收缩率低、尺寸安定性良好 。电子电器:CD片、开关、家电外壳、信号筒、机。汽 车: 保险杆、分电盘、安全玻璃。工业零件:照相机本体、机具外壳、安全帽、潜水镜、安全镜片。耐热,抗冲击,阻燃,在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。同性能接近聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好,折射率高,加工性 能好,不需要添加剂就具有UL94 V-0级阻燃性能。但是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相对聚碳酸酯价格较低,并可通过本体聚合的方法生产大型的器件。随着聚碳酸酯生产规模的日益扩大,聚碳酸酯同聚甲 基丙烯酸甲酯之间的价格差异在日益缩小。聚碳酸酯的耐磨性差。一些用于易磨损用途的聚碳酸酯器件需要对表面进行特殊处理。
