TPE,TPR,热塑性聚烯烃TPO的英文全称是Thermoplastic Olefin,这里“TP”是“热塑性”的简称,“TP”用来修饰后面的“O”,限指热塑性的O,意思是热塑性聚烯烃。TPO,一般就指耐冲击的不是很硬的改性PP(物理共混的TPO)和直接反应器合成的烯烃类聚合物,一般在汽车行业的保险杠、挡泥板应用zui多!国外一般汽车行业应用直接反应器合成的TPO占多数,国内一般应用用弹性体改性的PP(物理共混的TPO)占多数!

TPE-O实际上和TEO,TPO是一个概念的,不同的是TPE-O中用“TP”2个字母来表示"Thermoplastic",而TEO中仅用“T“1个字母来表示"Thermoplastic".

This material has been designed for low temperature air bag deployment with a balance of stiffness and ductility. The material is typically black for non-visible applications. Applications: DEXFLEX® 1010 engineered thermoplastic polyolefin is intended for use in automotive airbag cover applications, specifically for thorax, side, head, and roof rail airbag applications. The typical service temperature range is from -40 to 100°C. | ||||
