PSU 中文名：聚砜，英文全称：Polysulphone。 PSU的性能 聚砜（PSU）是一类在分子主链上含有砜基的芳香族非结晶高性能的热塑性工程塑料。分为 透明、不透明和填充品级3种规格。由于聚砜的主链为苯环，通过醚、砜、异丙基等基“铰链“联 接而成，因此兼有聚芳砜的刚性、耐热性及聚芳醚的柔性。PSU是透明、水解稳定的塑料，尺寸稳定性好，在室温下具有良好的形变稳定性；加热形变温度为175℃，具有突出的热稳定性，长 期使用温度为160℃，短期使用温度为190℃，能在-100℃～ +150℃范围内保持良好的性能。 PSU具有优良的力学性能，拉伸强度为70～75MPa，弯曲模量2680MPa，并具有突出的*耐蠕 变性，在*时间使用过程中机械性能仍能保持不变。PSU还具有优异的介电性能，即使放置在 水中或190℃下仍能保持很高的介电性能，在150℃下长时间热老化时，其物理性能和电性能变 化甚小，且耐蒸汽性能优良，它的寿命在145℃蒸汽下至少为12年，同时在宽的温度和频率范围内保持良好的电性性能，其耐燃性能满足更严格的安全要求，在耐辐射性方面为塑料的*品种。PSU易于加工成型、能达到精密的公差，除浓硝酸、浓硫酸外，对其他酸、碱、醇、脂肪烃 等化学物品稳定。 本公司 可以免费提供各种材料物性及各种材质认证 如：SGS UL MSDS ROHS MDS 等证明 ： 通过这些链接您能够访问供应商资料。我们尽量保证 准确数据资料； UL 黄卡含有 UL 验证的易燃性和电气特性物性说明PSU的制备方法 工业上，PSU的制备方法是先由氯苯与氯磺酸反应制成对氯苯磺酰氯，再与氯苯在三氯化铝催化下缩合成4，4‘-二氯二苯砜。接着与由双酚A和氢氧化钠在二甲基亚砜等溶剂存在下反应 生成的双酚A钠盐反应缩聚成PSU PSU的应用状况 PSU的应用十分广泛，在电子电气领域，PSU可用于制作各种接触器、接插件、变压器绝缘件、可控硅帽、绝缘套管、线圈骨架、接线柱和集电环等电气零件，印刷电路板、轴套、罩、TV系统零件、电容器薄膜、电刷座、碱性蓄电池盒等；在汽车、航空领域，PSU可用于制作防护罩 元件、电动齿轮、蓄电池盖、雷管、电子发火装置元件、灯具部件、飞机内部配件和飞机外部零件、宇航器外部防护罩等。还可用于PSU制作照明器档板、电传动装置、传感器等，世界市场上用来制作机舱部件的聚砜类聚合物需求在继续增长，主要是由于这类聚合物燃烧时释放的热量少、产生的烟雾少，有毒气体扩散量少，*符合安全规定的使用要求；在厨房用品市场上，PSU可代替玻璃及不锈钢制品用于制造蒸汽餐盘、咖啡盛器、微波烹调器、牛奶及农产品盛器，蛋炊具及挤奶器部件、饮料和食品分配器等产品。PSU为无毒制品，可制成反复与食品接触的用具。PSU作为透明新材料，耐热水、水解稳定性优于其他任何一种热塑性塑料，故可用于制作咖啡壶等。用PSU制作的连接管，用于玻纤或玻纤增强的聚酯砌面，管外层强度高，管内层耐化学品， 较钢管轻，且透明，便于临控，常用于食品工业和制作强光灯的灯盏；在卫生及科研方面， PSU可用于制作*盘、喷雾器、加湿器、接触透镜夹具、流量控制器、器械罩、牙科器械、液体容器、*、呼吸器和实验室器械等。PSU用于制作各种医疗制品较玻璃制品成本低，而且不易破裂，故可用于仪器外壳，齿科仪器，心瓣盒，刀片清理系统，软*片的成型盒，微型过滤器，渗析膜等
