 本机器是一种新型节能、环保再生设备（适用于EVA、SBR、RB、PE、海绵等橡塑发泡边角料的回收）。传统边角料回收通常先适用破碎机（22KW）破碎，再经炼胶机（55KW）混炼成片，实效100公斤左右（工人需3-4人），经高温挤压，易造成死料，回收率大大降低。而磨粉机采用高速、水冷集一体磨轮，主电机45KW，机器可24小时不断工作，实效120-150公斤左右（视材料而定），一人即可操作。免破碎，免炼胶，直接将边角料磨成粉末，目数可达80-120目，磨出的粉末接近常温（60度）在添加方面，每一手可多添加10-20公斤，发泡出的片材每床可曾厚3-5毫米，而且密度更高，不会色差，缩短密炼时间，搅拌轴不易折断，可大大提高产量，每天可为企业创造1500元以上的利润。
