加工方法：
干燥处理：通常不需要干燥处理。
熔化温度：185~205℃ 模具温度：20~50℃
注射压力：可大到1500bar 保压压力：可大到1000bar 注射速度：为避免材料降解，一般要用相当地的注射速度。PVC的收缩率相当低，一般为0.2~0.6%。
流道和浇口：所有常规的浇口都可以使用。如果加工较小的部件，使用针尖型浇口或潜入式浇口；对于较厚的部件，使用扇形浇口。针尖型浇口或潜入式浇口的zui小直径应为1mm；扇形浇口的厚度不能小于1mm。

主要用途
　　由于化学稳定性高，所以可用于制作防腐管道、管件、输油管、离心泵和鼓风机等。聚氯乙烯的硬板广泛应用于化学工业上制作各种贮槽的衬里，建筑物的瓦楞板，门窗结构，墙壁装饰物等建筑用材。由于电气绝缘性能优良，可在电气、电子工业中，用于制造插头、插座、开关和电缆。在日常生活中，聚氯乙烯用于制造凉鞋、雨衣、玩具和人造革等！

 　
　聚氯乙烯是由乙炔气体和氯化氢合成氯乙烯， 再聚合而成。具有较高的机械强度和较好的耐蚀性。可用于制作化工、纺织等工业的废气排污排毒塔、气体液体输送管，还可代替其它耐蚀材料制造贮槽、离心泵、通风机和接头等。当增塑剂加入量达30%～40%时，便制得软质聚氯乙烯，其延伸率高，制品柔软，并具有良好的耐蚀性和电绝缘性，常制成薄膜，用于工业包装、农业育秧和日用雨衣、台布等，还可用于制作耐酸碱软管、电缆包皮、绝缘层等。
