PVC 聚氯乙烯的生产工艺:

　　PVC的生产主要有两种制备工艺，一是电石法，主要生产原料是电石、煤炭和原盐；二是乙烯法，主要原料是石油。市场上PVC的生产主要以乙烯法为主，而国内受富煤、贫油、少气的资源禀赋限制，则主要以电石法为主，截至到2007年12月，电石法约占中国PVC总产能的70%以上。 

注意:在电石法制备PVC中，原盐电解后*用于生产PVC，剩余的钠部分用于生产烧碱，所以，氯、碱实际上存在共生关系，氯碱平衡也是整个行业发展过程中不得不考虑的重要因素。
