High Efficient Single & Dual Exhausting and Plastic Mixed Color Regeneration Pelletizer.

This machine unit adopts corresponding disposition and special designed screw according to customers’ different requirements; could be applied in color-mixing and regeneration palletizing of kinds of plastic such as PP, PE, PET, PETG, PA, PC, POM, ABS, PVC, EVA, LC, etc.

The geared distribution system of the torque and hard tooth surface insures stable operation and low noise. The screw and barrel’s special case hardening treatment makes the special improved air-exhausted system with good mixed iron-smelting and wear resistance remove the moisture, wasted gas effectively, and makes the out-squeezed colloidal particle more stable and solid, guarantees the excellent quality the grain.
