进口水用电磁阀产品概述

  美国沃克（WORK）适用于以水或液体为工作介质，可自动化控制或远程控制水、油、液体等工作介质管路的通断。由于本阀采用橡胶密封，故对工作介质的清洁度大大减低，具有启闭讯速，可靠性高等特点。

工作原理

里有密闭的腔，在不同位置开有通孔，每个孔都通向不同的油管，腔中间是阀，两面是两块电磁铁，哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边，通过控制阀体的移动来档住或漏出不同的排油的孔，而进油孔是常开的，液压油就会进入不同的排油管，然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞，活塞又带动活塞杆，活塞竿带动机械装置动。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流就控制了机械运动。

动作方式： 直动型、先导型、反冲型（无压差型），根据口径大小、介质压力选择其中一种。

控制方式： 常闭式、常开式，根据工况要求选择。

电源电压： AC24V、AC36V、AC127V、AC220V、AC380V、DC12V、DC24V、DC36V、DC72V、DC110V、DC220V，根据工况要求选择。

 防护型式： 普通型、防尘型、防水型、防爆型、船用型，根据工况要求选择。

压力范围： 0-0.3MPa（无压差），0-0.6MPa（无压差），0.03-0.6MPa，0.03-1.6MPa，0.03-2.5MPa，0.03- 4.0MPa，0.03-6.3MPa

介质温度： 0-60℃、0-120℃，根据工况要求选择。

环境温度： -10℃-40℃、-20℃-40℃、-40℃-40℃、-10℃-60℃，根据工况要求选择。

联接方式： 内螺纹连接、法兰连接，根据工况要求选择，但是通径超过DN50，均为法兰连接。

阀体材质： 球墨铸铁、铸钢、304不锈钢、316不锈钢，根据工况要求选择.
