Functions and Characteristics:
1. This machine is the main equipment for manufactured with HDPE, LDPE tube film
2. It is equipped with step motor （servo motor is optional） and computer control. photoelectric eye trail can play assistant control, and main motor adopts converter to regulate speed, which features in automatic material feeding, steady manufacture of bag and accurate sealing and cutting.
3. For adding sheet film, it adopts step motor and computer control, and is combined with main step-computer control system as one entity which can reach the functions of coordinating with each other, one-off molding; thus reduce other taches, and improve economic performance.
4. It is equipped with upper & lower dual-heating device. It adopts high-precision temperature-control instrument to control temperature automatically, therefore, it ensures a firm and beautiful seal line for film in any different thickness.
5. It is equipped with automatic counting device, so it can automatically alarm when reaching set numbers of bags, and meanwhile automatically control start up and stop machine.
6. It adopts automatic material feeding. photoelectric system to control DC speed regulation, which features in stable and regular material conveying.
7. It is equipped with static-eliminating device, which is easy to wind and pile up plastic bags
