Processing of PELPRENE

PELPRENE can be processed through injection molding, extrusion or blow molding using Basic type of molding machines. Also, it can be processed through heating press, melt casting or rotational molding.

PELPRENE molding products are easily treated with finishing touches including coating, printing, vapor deposition, spattering, and heat adhesion.

The pellets of PELPRENE are usually packed into moisture-proof bags after they were dried. Thus they can be processed directly, but for any moisturized pellets due to broken bags or not new ones, please use them after re-drying.

As a guide for drying, the pellets should stay for 4 hours or more in temperatures of 100°C – 120°C.
