Notices on molding

Predrying

The water absorption of ACRYPET may rise approximay up to 1% if it is stored in the non-conditioned environment for a long period. Molding with wet resin would result in appearance of cells, silver streaks or other defects on a product. Therefore it is required to pre-dry the material just before molding.

Storage：

Note that ACRYPET is sealed up using polyethylene bag, but it does not provide complete protection against moistening, i.e., the water absorption may rise in a long period storage. It is recommended strongly to store in low moisture and low temperature condition and consume older one first. When using old stock, make sure to pre-dry compley.
