下列预防措施实际上是有效避免这种情况。
(1)设置注入压力高。
(2)扩展在注入高压持续时间。
(3)设置气缸温度低。
(4)设置在塑化螺杆旋转的数量小。
(5)对薄壁成型,模具温度不是很高。
(6)产品的厚度变化,另外提供一个门在厚的部分。
(7)提高树脂饲料,使补偿收缩的蛀牙必须持有高压注射的一步。止回阀是用于这一过程。
(8)统一模具的表面温度。
(9)放大浇道截面的流道和浇口,缩短的长度使树脂流更容易,并设置气缸温度低。

Surface sink：

This is the sink of product surface that also called as sink mark. 
Preventive measures listed below are actually effective to avoid this.
(1) Set the injection pressure higher.
(2) Extend the high-pressure duration at injection.
(3) Set the cylinder temperature lower.
(4) Set the number of screw rotation at plasticization smaller.
(5) For the thin wall molding, set the mold temperature not to be so high.
(6) For a product having thickness variation, provide a gate additionally at the thick part.
(7) Increase resin feed amount to enable to compensate the shrinkage in the cavities at the injection step required to hold high-pressure. Check-valve is useful for this process.
(8) Uniform the surface temperature of mold.
(9) Enlarge the cross section of sprue, runner and gate, shorten the length of them to make the resin flow easier, and set the cylinder temperature lower.
