 Weld line：

This indicates the appearance of dimple lines on the surface of molded product that are formed by the re-conjunction of resin in the cavity just after separation. The weld line cannot be removed compley in some molding conditions. Mostly, this line is not removed but tried to make thin. The following measures are effective.
(1) Set the cylinder temperature higher.
(2) Set the injection pressure higher and speed faster.
(3) Set the mold temperature higher.
(4) Move the gate location near to where welded line is found.
(5) Enlarge the cross section of sprue, runner and gate and shorten their length to make resin filling into cavities more rapidly.

焊线:
这表明酒窝的外观线条塑造产品的表面上形成的re-conjunction腔后树脂的分离。焊线不能被*移除一些成型条件。大多数情况下,这一行不是删除,而是试图让薄。以下措施是有效的。
