 Warp

Warp after releasing from a mold may be inevitable on some shape of product. However, the following measures are effective to make the warp small.
(1) Set the temperature differential between the movable mold and the fixed mold. Usually, set the temperature of the mold to higher, which faces the convex side of warped product after releasing.
(2) Set the mold temperature lower.
(3) Set the longer cooling time within the mold. 
(4) Equalize the ejection power loading to the product to release it from the mold.
(5) Reform after ejection.
