皱纹:
皱纹可能出现模制产品表面的厚壁或厚恭敬的,由力线像焊线前面描述的。但皱纹线条表现为自由曲线,尽管几乎直线焊线。皱纹是由re-conjunction树脂喷射后的模具。下面的预防措施是有效的。
(1)设置气缸温度更高。
(2)设置模具温度更高。
(3)设置注入速度慢。
(4)改变门的位置。
(5)调整浇口厚度与模制产品近的那部分产品的厚度。

Wrinkle：

Wrinkle may appear on the surface of molded product with thick wall or having thick deferential, which consists of slightly dint lines like weld lines described previously. But wrinkle lines appear as free curve in spite of almost straight lines in weld lines. Wrinkle is generated by re-conjunction of resin after jetting in the mold. The following preventive measures are effective.
(1) Set the cylinder temperature higher.
(2) Set the mold temperature higher.
(3) Set the injection speed slower.
(4) Change the gate location.
(5) Adjust the gate thickness connected to molded product nearly to the thickness of that part of the product.
