经过测力传感器、放大器和数据处置系统来完成测量。zui常用的测力传感器是应变片式传感器,当外力作用在传感器上时,惹起传感器输出电压的变化,而传感器输出的电压经过放大器和数据处置系统。将电信号转化成数值,即所施加力的大小

2、变形的测量
deformation measurement
经过变形测量安装来测量,它是用来测量试样在实验过程中产生的形变。

该安装上有两个夹头,经过一系列传动机构与装在测量安装顶部的光电编码器连在一同,当两夹头间的间隔发作变化时,带动光电编码器的轴旋转,光电编码器就会有脉冲信号输出。再由单片机对此信号停止处置,就能够得出试样的变形量。

3、横粱位移的测量

其原理同变形测量大致相同,都是经过测量光电编码器的输出脉冲数来取得横梁的位移量。
