本机适用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PCVD、镀铝膜、铝薄等相同性质的组合膜、纸等。机械速度140/分。

1.主传动结构：主传采用交流频矢量控制，热股和涂胶网纹辊，网纹速度可调快慢。

2.放料机构：一、二组放料采用光电纠边双放料装置，放卷由手动张力控制，复合膜放料采用光电纠边磁粉张力控制。

3.涂胶机构：网纹辊通过刮刀进行刮涂胶量，胶量厚薄刮刀可任意调节，胶辊采用双气缸升压，压力可任意调节，并配备停机涂胶可自动升起。

4.烘道内机构：烘道温度四段只能温控仪控制。
