一、用途
塑料管道系统冷热水循环试验机适用于对各种管材和管件按规定的要求组装并承受一定的内压在温度交替变化的次数后,检查管材和管件的渗漏情况,该仪器主要用于管材管件组装后的系统试验。
适用于冷热水系统用热塑性管材管件系统和铝塑管管件试验的要求,以及适用于工作压力为0.4MPA,0.6MPA,和1.0MPA的建筑物内用于输送水的下列塑料管道系统:a)冷热水,包括饮用水的管道系统.b)热水采暖的管道系统。不适用于消防系统和不使用水作为加热介质的供暖系统.试验装置采用了国外的*控制装置对压力进行控制,防止了水压随温度和时间的波动,试验压力由国外进口的压力泵提供,保证了压力的*有效性稳定性。其检测装置根据水温情况自动开启相应的回水阀,减少了系统能耗,降低试验成本。
仪器用特殊装置大大消除了管路的噪声,采用国内的制冷设备,功耗小,制冷量大;可靠的安全防护装置和全面的液位测量装置,保证了高低温水箱的液位高度,当试验失败,管路有破裂时,及时的停机;能有效的对试验人员进行保护又便于观察试验的过程,产品的设计*模拟产品实际应用中的景,设计思路在国内独树一帜。
二、符合标准
ISO 10508《用于冷热水系统的热塑性管材和管件的有关规定》
GB/T 18997.1-2003《铝塑复合压力管 第1部分:铝管搭接焊式铝塑管》
GB/T 18997.2-2003《铝塑复合压力管 第2部分:铝管对接焊式铝塑管》
GB/T 18742.1-2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统 第1部分:总则》
GB/T 18742.2-2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统 第2部分:管材》
GB/T 18742.3-2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统 第3部分:管件》
CJ/T 138-2001 建筑给水交联聚乙烯(PE-X)管用管件技术条件标准的相关要求规定。
三、专业术语
工作温度T0:系统设计的输送水的温度或温度组合.
zui高工作温度Tmzx:仅在短时间内出现的,可以接受的zui高温度.
故障温度Tn:系统超出控制极*出现的zui高温度.
工作压力P0:系统设计输送水的压力.
经处理的水:塑料管材、管件制造商和管道系统供应商所允许使用的含有水处理剂的水.
四、试验试样
1管材试样可直接进行试验(不超过Ф63)
①生产管件的材料应当制成管状试样,按GB/T 18252进行试验,材料应达到产品标准规定的控制点。
②制作管件的材料需经下述(六)的材料性能试验所验证,试验要求应考虑到zui终的使用条件级别和管件的类型。

六、计算
1、对于每种应用,首先要确定一个对应的使用条件级别,并用GB/T 18252-2000等方法得到50年使用时的zui大允许应力,再按要求选用合适的系数,按Miner’s规则进行计算。
计算下列式(1)和(2),取其中zui低值。

2、使用系数
当计算zui大允许环应力时,所用温度分布中的T0、Tmax、Tm和Tc的使用系数均在相应产品标准中规定。
七、系统使用性试验
1、组装件的静液压试验
按ISO3458规定,将管材和管件连接成组装件,在下列条件下进行试验,管材和管件及连接处不应发生渗漏。
①试验温度为20℃±2℃,试验压力为рo的1.5倍,保持1h。
②试验温度为95℃±2℃,用管材材料1000h95℃的预测应力值除以(d-e)/2e计算出95℃±2℃的试验压力值,保持1000h。
2、热循环试验
试验条件为:5000次循环,每次循环30min±2min,恒定在操作压力рo(0.4,0.6或1.0 MPa)。每次循环应有一个15min的冷水(温度为20℃±2℃)流动时间及一个15min的热水(Tmax +10℃,但不超过90℃)流动时间。管材、管件及连接处不应发生渗漏。
八、特点:
本机所做试验为长时间试验,在仪器的设计中充分体现了这一性能,噪声影响方面,仪器采用特殊装置降低了管路的噪声,制冷设备选择方面,采用国外选进的制冷设备,并配以完善的保护,在控制和执行方面采用PLC微电脑控制,国外进口的所有加压和控制执行阀,保证可靠的动作及完善执行,本机操作简便,设计合理。操作界面人性化。界面直观,具有*的性价比。
九、该仪器由四大部分组成:
1、冷水源系统提供试验用高压冷水及保证温度稳定;
2、热水源系统提供试验用热水并保证温度稳定;
3、试样箱用于安装试样。
4、控制系统为本机的*控制及试验保障系统。

A, use

Suitable for hot and cold water systems with thermoplastic pipe fitting and aluminum-plastic tubes test requirements, and is suitable for the working pressure is 0.4 MPA, 0.6 MPA, 1.0 MPA and building the following plastic pipe used for conveying water system: a) hot and cold water, including water pipe system. Not applicable to fire coNTol system and do not use water as heat medium heating system. Test device adopts foreign advanced coNTol device to coNTol the pressure, to prevent the water pressure with fluctuations of temperature and time, test pressure is provided by the overseas import pressure pump and guarantee the long-term effectiveness of pressure stability.
The detection device automatically opens the corresponding backwater valve according to the water temperature, reduces the energy consumption of the system and reduces the test cost.
The instrument used special equipment to eliminate the noise of the pipeline, the domestic famous brand of refrigeration equipment, small power consumption, large amount of refrigeration;
Reliable safety protection device and comprehensive liquid level measuring device ensure the liquid level height of the high temperature water tank. When the test fails, the pipeline is broken, and timely stop.

Technical terms
Temperature T0: the temperature or temperature combination of the system designed to convey water.
Highest working temperature Tmzx: only available in a short period of time, acceptable maximum temperature.
Failure temperature Tn: the maximum temperature when the system exceeds the limit of coNTol.
Pressure of work pressure: system design to transport water pressure.
Treated water: water treated with water treated by plastic tubing, pipe fittings manufacturer and supplier of piping systems.
Iv. Test samples
1 tube samples can be directly tested (no more than Ф 63)
The materials for the production of pipe fittings shall be made into tubular specimens and tested by GB/T 18252. The materials shall meet the coNTol points specified in the product standards.
The material of the production pipe shall be verified by the material performance test of the following (6). The test requirements shall take into account the final conditions of use and the type of pipe fittings.

Six, calculation
1, for each application, the first thing to determine a corresponding level of using conditions, and using the methods of GB/T 18252-2000-50 years when using the maximum allowable stress, to choose suitable coefficient, according to the requirement by the Miner's rule to calculate.

2. Use coefficient
The use coefficients of T0, Tmax, Tm and Tc in the temperature distribution are specified in the corresponding product standard when the maximum allowable ring stress is allowed.
Vii. System usability test
1. Static hydraulic test of assembly parts
According to iso 3458, the pipe and pipe fittings shall be connected to the assembly parts. Under the conditions of the following conditions, the pipes and fittings and fittings shall not leak.
(1) to test temperature is 20 ℃ + 2 ℃, the test pressure is 1.5 times that of р o keep 1 h.
(2) to test temperature is 95 ℃ + 2 ℃, tubing materials 1000 h95 ℃ to predict stress value divided by (d - e) / 2 e to calculate the 95 ℃ + 2 ℃ test pressure value, maintain 1000 h.
2. Thermal cycling test
Test conditions for: a 5000 - cycle, each loop 30 min plus or minus 2 min, constant in the operating pressure р o (0.4, 0.6 or 0.6 MPa).
(15 min each cycle should have a cold water temperature is 20 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃) flow of time and a hot water for 15 min (Tmax + 10 ℃, but not over 90 ℃) flow of time.
Pipes, fittings and joints shall not leak.
Viii. Features:
