2、聚氨酯耳塞发泡机的模具采用水加温方式，有效节省电力的同时，更能保证模具温度稳定；
3、聚氨酯耳塞机械采用PLC编程程序，能自动控制浇注，模具能自动盖模、合模，而且聚氨酯发泡机的机头能自动清洗。更能节省原料及减少劳动力。
产能：1.标准单边流水线配备25个模具，每个模具出48个产品，每小时可以生产4500对耳塞；
2.标准双边流水线配备50个模具，每个模具出48个产品，每小时可以生产9000对耳塞。
