PVC,PVC plastic wood hollow panel production line

产品用途: 主要用于生产门板、格子板、天花板、窗台板、建筑模板等。	加工范围: 600mm-1200mm
性能及特点: 中空板材生产线可以选择西子PLC电脑编程操作控制。真空冷却定型台配备有强力抽真空装置和水循环节能冷却系统,定型台设有上下、左右和前后移动装置和频斜微调装置。吹水装置可以干燥制品和保护牵引机履带免腐蚀;	履带式牵引机由橡胶条组成,可以保护制品表面光滑度。牵引切割机装有钢化玻璃罩壳,保证操作人员的安全。牵引速度和切割移动速度保持同步。切割采用西门子PLC编程控制,切割长度控制精确;切割机上装有吸尘回收袋。

Application:

Door panel exrusion line is used to make door panel,waffle slab,ceiling panel,windowsil board,building moulding bcard etc.

Characteristics and performance :

Vacum cooling calibrating case equipped with vacum pumps and circulating waler save energy cooling system. The case set with shifting instruments of upａnd down, left and right,forward and backward,as well as adjusting incline device. Blowing water equipment can dry products and protect caterpillars of tractorfrom corrosion.

Caterpillar of tractor consists of rubber blocks which can protect the surface smooth of produts. The tractor and cutting unit equiped with glass cover so toensure the safe of operators.

Tracing speed and cutting shift speed keeps synchronization.

Cuttinig unit cools by Siemens PLC program system which can cool cutting length accuray.The cutting unit sets with suction bag.
