PP PE拉链挤出机
该机是我厂自行设计，自行制造的夹链挤出机，更换模具制作各种形状的夹链，该机由主挤出机、模具定型、冷却水恒温装置、脱水装置、风干装置、夹链合口装置组成，模具具有结构灵活、装卸方便等优点。
This cartridge clip extruder was independently researched and manufactured by our company. Its moulds of different specifications can be replaced. It is composed of extruder, mould former, cold water constant shaper, de-water device, drier, and cartridge clip sealing device, featuring in versatile moulds and convenience in assembling and dismounting.
主要特点/main characteristic
1、 该机采用的模具，采用*的九十度挤出。
2、 该机采用的料筒，螺杆是采用优质的合金钢，并经过表面镀铬处理，有很强的耐磨性，耐高温性和耐变型性，配的是不锈钢冷水箱，可随意调节高低位置。
3、 主副机采用变频调速，使生产的夹链品质更加稳定。
1、 the moulds for this machine can extrude in 90 degrees.
2、 Its cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel, of which their surface were chromated, featuring in strong wearing, high temperature resistance ability and resistance ability to deforming. It’s allocated with a stainless steel cold water tank that can be adjusted up and down at random.
3、 Its master and secondary motors adopted frequency governors, which can stabilize its production of cartridge clips.
