1、该机采用的是现金的电脑控制系统，威伦液晶显示器，整机采用变频调速，采用高波段超声波热合原理焊接，超声波滚边焊接，超声波滚底焊接等工程装置，光电跟踪自动纠边，双料磁粉刹车，物料自动停机，自动计数报警。

2、本机设有自动上拉链头的装置，不同于传统的手工制作，拉链袋的生产及穿拉头的工作可在机上一次性完成。真正实现拉链袋生产的自动化。
