DFC-2015L型油井水泥石力学试验机是在严格遵照《美国石油学会API规范10》与《GB10238-88油井水泥》的基础上，增加了激光测距功能。INTRODUCTION---DFC-2015L Cement Stone Mechanical Testing Machine is designed to determine the compressive strength of a well cement in strict compliance with API Specification 10 and National Standards GB10238 -2005. Developed a new function that laser distance measuring.
主要技术特点
1. 该机采用数字控制技术，全自动控制、数字显示、匀速加荷、加荷速率可调,可测量水泥试块左右及上下位移变化，并能计算出相应的泊松比及弹性模量。
2. 采用进口HBM传感器进行压力测量，配合专用模块，采集精度更高。
3. 采用进口基恩士激光位移传感器，测量精度2um，非接触式测量。
4. 试验机采用全闭环测量方式，控制精度高。
5. 试验机采用模块化结构，对环境适应性强，工作稳定可靠，方便维修。
6. 触摸式彩色液晶显示，所有操作集中显示在15寸显示屏上，全中文显示，操作简便易懂。
7. 采用工业PC主机控制，32G储存空间，Windows操作系统。

STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1.The machine is automatic controlled by the latest digital technology. Data can be showing in digital display and machine achieve adjustable constant speed loading during a test. The distance changes for left and right or up and down of cement stone can be measured .And also can calculate the corresponding Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus.
2. Imported HBM transducers in combination with special modules to achieve pressure measurements, collecting more accurate.
3. Using imported KEYENCE laser displacement sensor measurement accuracy of 2μm, non-contact measurement.
4. Testing machine using closed-loop measurement making high precision.
5. Modularization design , environmental adaptability, stable and reliable, easy to maintenance.
6. Touch-screen color LCD display, all displayed on a 15 inch display screen, all-Chinese showing , operation is simple and easy to understand.
