详细介绍

1、塑料流延膜机组由挤出主机、流延辊、偏摆、边料处理、牵引及张力收卷等装置组成。专用于PPPEHIPSTPUEVA PA、降解材料等单层或多层共挤塑料薄膜的流延加工。

2、不同材料采用不同的螺杆结构以适应不同塑料的加工工艺,特别解决原料中少量过高分子量的树脂塑化不良而造成流延膜出现晶点。

3、模头采用弹性好调节精密结构以解决薄膜横向厚度不均匀现象。

4、延辊内部流道设计合理确保辊面温度均匀,对于不同要求的流延膜可以采用胶辊、风刀或者辅以真空、锁边等装置更能提高塑料薄膜的成型效率和质量。

5、为解决膜卷有暴筋现象,本设备还设有偏摆及张力收卷装置。

总之，本公司生产之设备具有能耗低、操作简便。对于流延膜生产常见的问题诸如:薄膜横向厚度不均匀，薄膜晶点多、膜卷有暴筋、薄膜透明度差、膜表面白色斑点多、卷绕时跑卷、膜卷端面不齐、薄膜有条纹、薄膜皱折、薄膜收缩大以及鲨鱼皮的出现有的处理经验。

In short, the equipment produced by our company has low energy consumption and easy operation, The common problems in the production of the film are: the uneven thickness of the flm, the more film crystal point, the film oll, the poor transparency of the film, the many white spots on the filim surface, the inhomogeneous running roll in the winding, the film end face, the flm with stripes, the film wrinkles,the large shrinkage of the film and the appearance of shark skin.
