链式粉碎机按安装形式分为立式链式粉碎机和卧式链式粉碎机两种结构形式。立式链式粉碎机为单转子，卧式链式粉碎机为双转子。立式链式粉碎机是复混肥行业使用的粉碎机之一，该机在粉碎过程中使用同步转速的高强度耐磨硬质合金链条，为了防止粘料及机体钢板的摩擦，设计机器时，在机体内加装了橡胶板内衬，不易粘壁，便于清理；在机体的两侧设置有快开式检修门，方便机器的维修和养护；机体、传动装置安装在一个型钢制成的底座上，保持机器平稳运行，加长机器使用寿命。该机适用于原料及返料的粉碎，同时也广泛用于化工、建材、矿山等行业。
