一、概述
LD-602D系列聚氨酯灌注机是生产硬质、半硬质、软质聚氨酯泡沬制品的专家适用于石油管道保温、建材保温、大型冷库保温，我厂生产的低压灌注机是引进技术，新近开发的新设备，具有计量准确、混合均匀、性能可靠、自动化程度高等优点。整机选用国内外各家基础元件，维护维修方便，各组料压力、泵速、温度全部使用数字化显示其数据，可在不停机状况下进行工艺需要的调整。
二、性能与规格

2、 浇注时间PLC系统自动控制，浇注量精确，可输100个控制点，满足100个不同规格制品要求。采用单个按钮操作，工位自动跟踪。动作准确、操作灵便，

1、混合头：新型的注料阀门。吐出精确同步、不堵塞、混合均匀。
2、计量泵：使用高精度计量泵，变频电机驱动、流量调节方便、配比调整范围广，品质可靠。
3、系统：触摸屏电脑控制，程序自动化跟踪、注量控制点100个，并有温度、压力、转速、清洗系统。
