三、LD-603X系列聚氨酯低压发泡机主要特性：LD-603X系列低压发泡机微电脑变频控制自动浇注、节能、易操作、自动化成度高。
1、 混合头：新型的注料阀门。吐岀精确同步、不堵塞、混合均匀，可瞬时切换生产不同颜色，不同密度的产品。
2、 计量泵：使用高精度计量泵，变频电机驱动、配比调整范围宽，品质可靠。
3、 系统：微电脑控制，注量控制点450个，并有温度、压力、转速、清洗系统。
4、 原料桶：夹层式保温，SUS304不锈钢材料。
