SH型色母料混料器是在吸收国外同类产品的基础上，经改进设计而成，性能指标接近国外同类产品水平。该装置可应用于需要配色的所有挤塑机、注塑机，特别适合使用于通信电缆生产厂家的绝缘生产线上。通过该混料器，可把所需的色母料按比例均匀地混入绝缘材料中，从而使得一条绝缘材料生产线可十分方便地生产出几十种颜色的产品，实现不停机换色。该产品换色迅速方便，可提高劳动生产率，降低废品率。
SH type color masterbatch mixer is designed and made on the basis of absorbing the foreign similar products, whose performance indicators are close to the domestic and international level of the same kind of products. This device can be applied to all the extruding machinse and injection molding machines requiring color blending, particularly for those insulating production line of the manufacturers of communication cables. The required color masterbatch can be mixed evenly in proportion to the insulating materials by using this mixer so that one insulation material production line can be very easy to manufacture products of several decades of colors to realize the change of color without stopping the machine. The color of this product is changed quickly, which can improve labor productivity and reduce reject rate.
使用该装配大大地提高了混料的均匀性，减少了色母料用量，降低了生产成本，避免了人工混料这一繁重劳动，解决了人工混料所造成的绝缘单线颜色深浅不一致的毛病。
