本机主要用于塑胶粒料的两种或多种原料的搅拌混合与染色.采用中速运转(60转/分),使原料相互摩擦,产生微粒状色料,易于附着并掺入原料中,达到搅拌与着色效果.本机筒体,盖均采用不锈钢制作,不生锈,易清洗.时间设定后,每批料混合时间可得到有效控制.本机叶片扭角经过合理设计.本机结构简洁,设计优化,合理,功能齐全.

This machine is mainly used for the stirring and mixing and dyeing of two or more raw materials. It runs at medium speed (60 R/min) so that the raw materials will be rubbed mutually to produce particulate pigment which is easy to attach and infilter raw materials to achieve the best mixing and coloring effects. The barrel covers of this machine use stainless steel, which does not rust and is esay to clean. After the time is set, the mixing time for each batch of materials can be effectively controlled. The angle of twist of the brade of this machine has been designed reasonably. The structure of this machine is simple, and design is optimized and reasonable with complete functions.
