一、工作原理及应用范围介绍IntroductionofWorkingPrincipleandScopeofApplication本机系将要造粒的干粉体放入呈一定倾角的圆盘形容器内，圆盘在传动系统带动下作旋转运动，布设于圆盘边缘附近的喷雾器向粉体物料喷入雾状粘结剂，物料在润湿与重力作用下不断滚动同时粘结细粉不断地长大，最终形成湿的球状颗粒

本机系将要造粒的干粉体放入呈一定倾角的圆盘形容器内，圆盘在传动系统带动下作旋转运动，布设于圆盘边缘附近的喷雾器向粉体物料喷入雾状粘结剂，物料在润湿与重力作用下不断滚动同时粘结细粉不断地长大，最终形成湿的球状颗粒。
本机广泛适用于2-8mm直径的球形造粒工艺，如：复合肥、小丸剂等。
The dry powder materials to be pelletized will be placed in the disc container with certain inclination; the disc rotates under the driving action of drive system, and the sprayer set adjacent to the disc sprays mist binder to the powder materials, which will roll under the wetting and gravity actions and bind with fine powders to gradually grow, finally form the wet spherical particle.
The equipment is applicable to the process of spherical pelleting with diameter of 2-8mm, such as compound fertilizer and small pellet.
