大风量快速烘干热风循环烘箱的工作原理和工作方法与标准热风循环烘箱大致相同，不同点在于大风量热风循环烘箱的循环风机采用大风量高压头的离心风机，目的在于增大传热能量、强化干燥效果，从而达到快速脱水、低温烘干之目的。特别适用于某些特殊要求物料，如快速脱水、低温烘干大批量物料。该机为分批次间歇干燥生产方式。广泛应用于含糖量高的果实、山珍、蔬菜、药品、生物制品等等的快速干燥。
The working principle and method of the rapid drying hot air circulating oven with a large air flow are generally the same as those of the standard hot air circulating oven. The difference lies in that the circulating fan of the hot air circulating oven with a large air flow applies centrifugal fan with a large air flow and high pressure head, aiming at increasing heat transfer and intensifying drying effects, thus to achieve the purpose of rapid dehydration and drying at low temperature.
