This product is produced in batches after the design change and optimization of the German model. This product is designed, produced, commissioned and accepted in accordance with the requirements of Marine High Pressure Piston Air Compressor (GB/T 12929-2008); This product is an air compressor, which compresses 1kg (1bar/0.1Mpa) of air in free state to a high pressure gas with a gauge pressure of 400kg (400bar/40Mpa) step by step. After passing through the separator and filter in the unit, this air removes the oil and impurities contained in the high pressure air, providing highly purified, clean, safe and reliable compressed air. |
五、 Product composition and characteristics |
Motor protection The air compressor controller has overload protection function for the main motor. In case of motor stalling, overload and other faults during machine operation, the motor will stop running and give an alarm. Inlet air over temperature protection When the intake air filter is blocked, the cooler is blocked, and the intake and exhaust valves are damaged, resulting in the intake air temperature being higher than the upper limit of the set temperature, the controller will alarm and shut down. Supply pressure overpressure protection When the air supply pressure is higher than the set high pressure limit, the controller will alarm and shut down. Oil shortage protection When the crankcase is short of oil, the controller alarms and shuts down to prevent the machine from working without oil. Timing function The machine has a timed shutdown function, which is used for timed machine maintenance. The password can be set freely. |
