HD-9ISS3PC系列适用于160T-360T的各种卧式射出成型机的成品取出，手臂形式单截式，为单臂，三轴AC伺服驱动，可以应用于快速取出或模内贴，模内镶件等特殊产品应用，定位精准，速度快，寿命长，故障低，安装机械手可增加产能(10-30%) 降低产品的不良率，保障操作人员的安全性，减少人工，精准控制生产量,减少浪费，保证交期。华成三轴驱控一-体控制系统:信号线少，远距离通讯，扩展性能好，抗力强，重复定位精度高，可以同时控制多轴，设备维护简单，故障率少。
HD-9ISS3PC series traversing robot arm is applicable to all types ofhorizontal injection machine ranges of 160T-360T for take-out products.Vertical arm is single stage. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis andapplicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complexautomatic. Also with the function of mold labeling and mold inserting.After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 1030%, reducedefective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower andaccurately control the output to reduce waste.
