PUR 软管具有阻燃、耐磨损、柔软、耐各种化学品等特点，替换带护套电线，增加产品的柔软性，

方便底盘布线及安装，内孔有圆形、腰圆形、8字形、外圆内方形，内壁有导线加强筋，穿线过程中方便、

简单，同时解决了在注塑加工过程中充胶、溢胶等问题。提升产品的直通率，从而更有效降低了产品的

生产成本。产品低VOC，低密度达到车身减重目的. 软管可根据设计要求定制。

PUR tube has good properties of flammability, abrasion resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance,

which replaces the sheathed wire , increases the flexibility and be convenient for chassis wire layout and installation. The inner hole is designed with oval shape, eight shape and other special shapes.
The inner wall has reinforcing rib which is easy to pass the wire .Meanwhile it settles the problem of glue filling and glue overflow during injection and improves the first pass yield and reduces the production costs effectively.
Low VOC is released and low density can achieve car weight reduction purpose.
