SPECTROMAXX10型直读光谱仪特点

激发光源：全数字化DDD等离子体光源, 目前之一在火花直读光谱仪上采用，可以在同一台仪器上设置能完成10种基体上千种不同牌号的金属材料大小试样的几千种激发条件，所有参数都数字化可调可控，保证每个样品都会得到较适合的激发能量和稳定优化的激发状态。第三方研究表明直读光谱仪的激发光源产生的误差占整个结果误差的90%(辛仁轩. 等离子体发射光谱分析, 2004, 北京，化学工业出版社, 第499页)。

光 谱 室：紫外光室和可见光室双光室设计，有效优化和提高紫外和可见光的分光及检测效果，可以选择所有分析元素能量较强灵敏度较高的一级谱线进行分析，有效减小相邻元素谱线之间的干扰，充分克服了单光学系统在分光及通道排布方面的局限性。

分辨率：全波段一级光谱分辨率6pm。

光栅焦距及刻线

两块焦距都为400mm的全息光栅，刻线数分别为3600，2400 条/mm。针对紫外波段和可见光波段分别分光，优化了分光效果，使每个分析元素都有可能根据不同的含量及干扰情况选相对应较合适的特征光谱线与基体参比通道组成较佳分析线对（在光栅的闪耀波长范围内），进而优化检测效果。
