Including stainless steel drying bed, screw feeder, feeding, screening device.
1、蒸汽系统：减压阀与PID 比例控制蒸汽阀，达到精确的加热，发泡均匀;
the pressure reducing valve, steam system and PID proportional controlsteam valve, to achieve the precise heating, uniform foaming;
2、压力控制：压力传感器加上多阀排气系统，保持稳定的桶体压力,降低能耗;
pressure control: sensor plus multi valve exhaust system, keep the barrelpressure stable, reduce energy consumption;
3、温度控制：采用温度传感器和压缩空气PID比例控制阀，保持精确的发泡温度，适合高密度的发泡
temperature control: using the temperature sensor PID and compressed airproportional control valve, keeping foaming temperature accurately, suitable for high density foam；
4、料位控制：采用振动传感器控制发泡料位，实现精确珠粒料密度均匀;
the material level control: using vibration sensor control foaming material, to achieve precise bead density uniformity;
5、称重入料：采用电子秤重入料，在触摸屏设定入料的重量，秤重装置将自动称重，实现入料准确;
weighing feeding: the electronic weighing feeding, feeding on the touch screen to set the weight, weighing device will automatically weighing, the realization of the feeding accuracy;
6、电器控制：采用PLC可编程控制器与触摸屏，电器元件，阀门均采用国内外品牌(施耐德、日本三菱、德国)，实现全自动生产，性能稳定。
