本机主要适用于石英晶体、光学水晶、蓝宝石、玻璃等晶片材料的倒边，通过特殊的间歇机构和可调的正反运转，使水晶片能均匀的加工出高精度的研磨产品。
1 .该机的离心筒与常规旋转筒相比，能够在很短的时间内倒斜角，所用的时间仅为常规时间的十分之一。
2.装载研磨桶的船体由主电机和变频器驱动。固定在船体上的筒以同样的速率公转，研磨筒自转时在筒内产生很强的离心力，因此，内部研料和毛坯表面在筒的内壁上受到强烈的磨擦，使倒边在很短的时间内就能完成。而且，由于船体的转速稳定，毛坯的受力均匀，可以极大的保证产品的研磨精度。
3.船体自转采用圆弧齿同步带传动。传动更加精准，不易失转。
4.船体轴承和主轴轴承均采用进口产品。
5.人机交互系统操作简单，使用方便。
