工艺原理：设备采用塑料粒料→挤出机：原料融熔发泡塑化→ 快换过滤网→两层共挤分配器→两层复合挤出模头成型挤出 → 三辊压光机：上光整形 → 冷却定型装置→ 输送装置：使产品继续逐步冷却定形→ 切边机构：对产品两侧进行机械切边→ 牵引装置：牵引传送→ 剪板装置
