　　谨防夏季潮湿对电气元件的影响，如果设备车间比较潮湿，建议在电控箱内放上一些干燥剂，受潮天气对电路板中的元件影响很大，长期附着在表面会使元气件加速老化，金属触点生锈等

　　雨水对电机的影响：电机表面短时间沾到雨水问题并不大，因为电机本身外表面是有防水功能的，但是电机的防护等级是不能淋雨或者长时间沾水不处理。如果水进入电机会直接导致电机内元件的损坏，导致缺相，短路等。

　　电现电机进水，可以先吹干电机，待电机完全干燥后，测试电阻值，也会出现绝缘下降的问题，为防止意外应测其绝缘，用兆欧表测绝缘，如果没有问题，可以试通电开机，如有异常，要及时去专业维修店维修，以免引起二次故障，扩大损失。

　　夏季高温会导致冷却系统对设备冷却效果下降，需要提前清理或更换水过滤网、电控箱空气过滤网、电机风扇及电控箱通风风扇，特别是全电动机的伺服电机风扇，一定要定期清理与检查。
 

　　The influence of high temperature on lubricating grease in summer/夏季高温对润滑油脂的影响

　　Due to the high ambient temperature in summer, the heating of the motor ball screw will be more serious, which will lead to thin and easy loss of lubricating grease on the surface of the ball screw, thereby weakening the protection of the ball screw, in the non-constant temperature workshop needs special attention.
 

　　由于夏季环境温度高，电动机滚珠丝杆的发热会更加严重，这会导致滚珠丝杆表面的润滑油脂变稀薄及易流失，从而减弱对滚珠丝杆的保护，在非恒温车间需要特别关注。
 

　　If necessary, you can regularly add additional fat, reduce the motor speed, extend the cooling time, or add a cooling fan to alleviate it. If necessary, the factory professional and technical personnel can be asked to check the iron powder content of the grease to assess whether the wear is within the normal range.
 

　　如有必要可定期额外人工加脂，降低电机转速，加长冷却时间，或是加冷却风扇来缓减。另外，如有必要可以请厂方专业技术人员检查油脂的含铁粉量，来评估磨损是否在正常范围内。
 

　　For the full motor grease, be sure to use it strictly according to the brand and model grease recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise the ball screw may be damaged as a result.
 

　　对于全电动机润滑脂，一定要严格按厂家推荐的品牌与型号润滑脂来使用，则否可能会因此而损坏滚珠丝杆。
