吹瓶机是一种通过吹塑工艺将塑料颗粒制作成中空容器的设备，目前比较常见的机种包括，使用PP和PE的一次成型的中空挤吹机，使用PET，PC或者PP两次成型的注拉吹吹瓶机，以及新发展起来的有多层中空挤吹和拉伸吹塑。目前大部分吹瓶机都还是二步法吹瓶机，即必须先将塑料原料做成瓶胚，然后再进行吹制。现今一般常用的是PET材质的环保塑料。

机器配置：
　　1、模架结构：模板采用QT500—7球墨铸铁，耐腐蚀，抗拉和屈服强度达到标准。
　　2、灯架结构：首先采用红外线长波灯管，渗透性强，更节能，加温更稳定，吹瓶机行业，使您的产品质量同行。
　　3、合模部分用气动机铰式合模，合模速度快，合模力大，保证了在吹瓶过程中不会有涨模现象。
　　4、气缸采用德国FESTO或英国诺冠，拉升气缸采用中韩合资诺华，高压吹气阀用美国派克或英国大流量电磁阀。
　　5、链条是采用*中国台湾TYC或英国雷诺品牌，能使设备更稳定，产品质量更*，抗拉和耐磨强度达到欧美标准。
　　6、电器控制采用进口名优产品，PLC是用日本三社可控硅等，人机界面大屏幕7寸显示，使其操作简节方便。
　　7、拉伸、封口、吹气，设计单独电气控制，确保生产无浪费现象。
