S系列粉料振动筛
用于筛分粉料的单层振动筛，适合于去除粉料中的结块和异物。
工作原理：
振动筛工作时，两振动电机同步反向旋转使激振器产生反向激振力，迫使筛网（板）作纵向运动，使其上的物料受激振力而周期性向前抛出，从而完成物料筛分作业。适宜采石场筛分砂石料，也可供选煤、选矿、建材、电力及化工等行业作产品分级用。
应用范围：
在化工、塑料、食品、制药等行业，对物料进行筛选、分级。
使用条件：
使用温度：-10℃-80℃

S series powder vibrating screen
A single-layer vibrating screen used for screening powders, suitable for removing lumps and foreign objects from powders.
working principle:
When the vibrating screen is in operation, the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously in reverse, causing the exciter to generate reverse excitation force, forcing the screen mesh (plate) to move longitudinally, causing the material on it to be periodically thrown forward by the excitation force, thus completing the material screening operation. Suitable for screening sand and gravel materials in quarries, and can also be used for product grading in industries such as coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, electricity, and chemical engineering.
Application scope:
In industries such as chemical, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical, materials are screened and graded.
