螺旋循环搅拌使得原料混合更加均匀、快速。适用于各种塑料原料与色母的混合搅拌，新、旧料及色母混合则效果更佳。设备与原料所接触部分的材料皆为全不锈钢制作，清洗容易，避免锈蚀。设有电控安全保护装置，确保操作安全。

工作原理：

LH-QF系列立式搅拌机的工作是利用螺杆的快速旋转将原料从桶体底部由中心提升至顶端，再以伞状飞抛散落，回至底部，这样原料在桶内上下翻滚搅拌，短时间内即可大量原料均匀的混合完毕。
