a、 免费服务：机器保修一年。从机器交付之日起保修期内人工及零件免费。国外客户服务工程师的差旅费不在免费之内；
b、 收费服务：免费服务期过后需收回人工费及零件费。零件费按实际收取，差旅费按实际收取；
c、 服务：上门维修。
