马鞍山市宇科重工机械科技有限公司前身为马鞍山宇科锻压科技研究所。公司座落在国家星火计划工业园区（安徽省马鞍山市新市工业园区）。宇科是以冲压机床为主题，集自主研发、生产、销售为一体的综合性企业。公司主要产品有：冲床、液压机、剪板机、折弯机、联合冲剪机、鳄鱼剪切机、卷板机、通风管道成型机等一系列锻压机床，并配套生产锻压机床刃模具。
宇科公司从事锻压技术研发数十年，在保持现有技术的同时，公司还将计划实施将每年销售收入的5%继续投入到技术研发，致力于打造出技术*性能Z为稳定的锻压机床。
